Creamy, Greek Yogurt Beet Dip Recipe 

Ingredients
1 package (8.8oz) of Love Beets, cooked and peeled
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt
1 package of Bitsy’s Sweet Potato Cinna-Graham Smart Crackers

Optional
Feta cheese
Shallots
Carrots
Cucumbers

Directions

  1. Add beets, garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil and salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Garnish with feta and/or green onions. Dip your crackers and/or veggies, and enjoy!
